Group effectiveness
is vital to an organization’s ability to solve

outcomes resulting in a waste of valuable time and resources.
Organizations realize the value of using skilled facilitators
to guide group interactions. This can be an exciting
and challenging role that requires a set of skills,
actions, and processes that leads groups to deliver
tangible results and solve problems.
This interactive 1 ½ - day workshop
