Course Overview:

HR and OD professionals face tremendous pressure to improve required performance. If you have not properly diagnosed performance concerns, determined highly probable causes of a performance gap, and calculated costs and values of alternative interventions, any solution implemented is merely a guess solution. This interactive 2 day workshop provides you with systematic methods for not only taking the necessary steps to diagnose performance issues before you prescribe, but also helps you cost out your interventions and calculate what the organization will receive for its money and effort.
