Overview: |
Effective teams are made up of effective members.
Teams that accomplish little and have minimal impact
are usually made up of individuals who either are
more concerned with their own issues or don’t
understand what it takes for the organization to succeed.
One of the trademarks of high performing organizations
is the utilization of a team/collaborative approach.
This two day interactive workshop allows managers
to assess themselves and their teams and develop skills
and plans for making any necessary improvements. Putting
these skills into practice will enable participants
to experience satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment
that comes from being a member of an effective, productive
team
