Course Overview:

CareerPower for Coaches™ provides a systematic approach for managers to learn and practice coaching and developing their employees. The result is a more motivated and empowered work team developing in sync with the organization. The workshop is designed for coaches/managers who have little time to prepare for their career coaching roles.
