Coaching 102: Taking Managers to the Next Step™)
reintroduces basic career planning and systematic
coaching methods and provides advanced career coaching
skill practices. A successful coach builds a more
motivated, empowered, and involved work team.

an employee to better understand and appreciate
each individual's unique contributions, values,
interests, and capabilities.

questions to create an opening for collaborative
