Overview: |
Group effectiveness is vital to an organization’s
ability to solve problems and deliver results. However,
when unguided, groups tend to veer off course and
stray from desired outcomes resulting in a waste of
valuable time and resources. Organizations realize
the value of using skilled facilitators to guide group
interactions. This can be an exciting and challenging
role that requires a set of skills, actions, and processes
that leads groups to deliver tangible results and
solve problems.
This interactive two-day workshop is designed to
build foundational skills for becoming an effective
group facilitator. Key principles and practices learned
over the two-day period will help participants effectively
guide groups to focus on outcomes and solve problems.
Participants will be required to deliver two, short
facilitations during the workshop.
