Overview: |
The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) is the best-selling
and most trusted leadership tool of its generation.
Developed by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner, the third
edition of this celebrated instrument approaches leadership
as a measurable, learnable, and teachable set of behaviors.
This 360° leadership assessment tool helps individuals
and organizations measure leadership competencies,
while guiding participants through the process of
applying the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership
Model to their real-life organizational challenges
The newly revised LPI offers in-depth, precise results.
Participants gain valuable feedback from managers,
themselves, direct reports, co-workers, peers, and
colleagues from outside the organization. These feedbacks
provide valid and useful information that will help
participants improve their ability to lead and build
relationships with others whom they seek to influence.

| Objectives: |
Engaging in this process will enable
participants to better:
- Model the Way - Walk the talk, lead by example
- Inspire a Shared vision - Enlist others to think
ahead and see the big picture
- Challenge the Process - Innovate
- Enable Others to Act - Provide resources and
support, and remove obstacles
- Encourage the Hearts - Recognize, praise, reward,
rejuvenate and energize
Use the LPI as a facilitated stand
alone process, as part of a leadership development workshop,
or as part or long term leadership development program. |
