Overview: |
One of the most common points of frustration for
customers and persons providing services is the use
of outdated or cumbersome processes. Such processes
often lead to delay in services and unsatisfactory
outcomes for the organization, employees, and customers.
This 1 ½-day workshop is designed to introduce
participants to the concept of process improvement.
Participants will learn key terminology and tools
that are vital to Continuous Process Improvement (CPI)
initiatives. They will learn to apply a proven systematic
model for implementing CPI initiatives.
